Download the latest drivers for your E-Manage2 USB Device to keep your Computer up-to-date. Right click it and tell it you are gonna select the drivers location and go to program files, trust, greddy etc, drivers. Its emanage ultimate right? Just go to device manager, and with the emanage plugged in and ignition key on, should show on device manager with a big yellow mark. The drive, with the same cables and power supply, is recoqnized and works with my other Vista SP2 and XP SP3 systems so I can rule it out as not functioning. I have tried deleting infcache.1 but to no avail.

When I insert or remove the drive, the USB listings in Device Manager do not appear to change. While the machine acknowledges the connection and removal of the drive with the audio bong, it doesn't show up under My Computer, in Device Manager (as a USB Mass Storage Device - hidden or otherwise), or in Disk Management of Computer Management(for doing fdisk/format functions). I have a USB drive that worked in my Vista SP2 machine for 2 years until I removed it.
